Last updated 22 July 2026. These terms apply when you access or use Ordantra unless a signed customer agreement replaces them.
By using Ordantra, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or, where authorised, for the organisation you represent.

You must be authorised by the subscribing organisation, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Ordantra lawfully. The organisation is responsible for its users, workspace configuration, endpoint permissions, notices, and the accuracy and legality of data submitted to the service.
Do not access systems or data without authority; interfere with security or availability; probe or bypass controls except under a written authorised assessment; upload malicious code; misuse personal information; resell the service without agreement; or use Ordantra to violate law or another person’s rights.
Install an Ordantra agent only on endpoints you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for informing affected users and selecting appropriate collection settings. Agent functions, collected categories, and excluded surveillance data are described on the Security and Privacy page.
The subscribing organisation retains its rights in customer data and grants EffectX the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and support that data. You are responsible for keeping independent copies where required by your risk and records obligations.
We may improve, replace, or retire features and will use reasonable care to avoid material disruption. Trials and preview features may change and are not guaranteed for production use. Planned maintenance, emergency work, internet dependencies, and events outside reasonable control can affect availability.
Paid subscriptions, billing, limits, and renewal terms are set out in the applicable order or agreement. We may suspend access where necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach, using reasonable notice where circumstances permit.
Consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply. To the extent permitted by law, Ordantra is provided without implied warranties beyond the written agreement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any negotiated order or customer agreement prevails over inconsistent online terms.
You may stop using a trial at any time. On termination, access ends and customer data is handled under the applicable agreement, retention schedule, and legal obligations. Provisions intended to survive—including confidentiality, payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute terms—continue.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and disputes are subject to its courts, unless a written customer agreement says otherwise. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.
